Yoga starts with the letter Y- See how many different ways that you can make a Y shape with your body. Now can you touch your toes? Can you do the poses that you see in the pictures? Remember to breathe slowly in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Think of 5 words that begin with the letter Y.  Can you remember some from yesterday? I hear a y sound at the beginning of yesterday.

Check out this book about some spring animals. Which one is your favourite? Do you have a book or a stuffy that is the same animal?

Who’s Awake in the Springtime? By Phillis Gershator and Mim Green

Ms. Melanie shared a couple of songs with us. They are so fun!

Apples and Bananas and If all of the Raindrops. Enjoy!

Here is a time-lapse video that my boys made with me.

Write a note for a sibling or a parent.  Write “I love you” and then your name.  You can draw a picture too if you want. Now hide the note, maybe under a pillow or under their plate for dinner. See if it makes them smile.

The alphabet for kids. Letter Y: YOGA YETI

Springtime song- Music Box Kids

We miss you! Enjoy!
